HOW TO COMPILE THIS FORM

EMAIL: put your e-mail address in order to communicate with serviced;

BANK: specify the name of your bank;

IBAN : your bank details (complete IBAN);

TOTAL AMOUNT REQUESTED: specify the total amount of the product that will be delivered;
